Very picturesque resort with horse racing themed setting with a golf course located in the centre. Bus timing for the parks could be more clearly indicated as they are roughly every 30 minutes and it can be frustrating as they are never at a set time. The Magic Kingdom bus seems to be the least regular despite being the largest and most popular of the parks. Staff are all very welcoming and this had been our second stay here. Great disabled access throughout resort and all of the parks including on the buses. The Artist's Pallete cafe is perfectly pleasant but the for is very samey. Also the allergy menu is not very extensive. All of the pools are well maintained. The main pool is constantly manned by three lifeguards who are very vigilant and allow you to relax knowing that your kids are safe even when they are out of sight. Would definitely recommend a visit and would go back in a heartbeat.

I was very disappointed by my experience at the Senses Spa at the Saratoga Springs resort. I set up Swedish massages for myself, my daughter, and my boyfriend. This was our last treat on our last full day at Disney and we were all looking forward to a massage! We arrived at the facility and was rushed through the introduction and the tour of the facility. My daughter and I were taken down to the women's lounge and shown around. I was assigned a locker and a robe. The robe did not fit. I am an obese person. This is 100% my issue to deal with, and I am, but there is no way an XL robe is going to fit a 3X body. Had the cast member not been rushing through her tour and explanation, she might have realized that the robe would not fit. I guess she had more important things to do. My daughter was completely amazed at the entire spa experience, so I guess that's good. Unfortunately, I could only feel awkward and not relaxed at all in the relaxation room. I eventually left the room and decided to go to the lobby and wait for my boyfriend to finish his massage. We compared notes, and he had robes up to a 5X in the men's lounge and at the end of his massage he was offered a glass of wine and to go back to the relaxation room if he wanted to. He was able to shower and shave after his massage. I talked to my daughter, who was glowing, she was able to go back to the relaxation room and shower in the women's lounge after her massage. I am very happy that my daughter and boyfriend had such a good time. My experience of the Senses Spa was anything but good. My massage was technically proficient, but the therapist was phoning it in. She asked me the basic where does it hurt question and asked if the pressure was OK, but other than that no other conversation or questions. Once she was finished, I dressed and as I exited the room she was waiting for me with a glass of water and a complimentary chocolate. She then hustled me out the door. No offer to go down to the women's lounge to freshen up, no offer to go back to the relaxation room for a glass of wine. She was politely rude and it was clear that I was no longer welcome at the spa and it was time for me to go.

Really large and clean rooms with plenty of beds, this is a Disney vacation club hotel but it is possible to book here anyway. One of the things we really enjoyed was the boat access to Disney springs and the turf club restaurant. Definitely a hidden gem in resort dining... We will return this coming January based on the staff and general location of the resort. There could be a larger bar in the lounge but we did okay anyway. Nice view and landscaping from all rooms... And they also have a BBQ grill on site if you want to feed yourself!

This hotel is lovely. The parking is free. The main pool area is very nice. Lots of good food options, fast casual food and sit down service. The only bad thing is that the room you get might be very far from amenities like the pool or the dining areas, though there is all internal bus system. You are also right across from Disney springs and they're is a walking path to get from springs to the hotel.

The studio room was plenty spacious for the two of us. We were too busy park hopping to do much other than sleep and have breakfast at the resort (which was delish and had allergy friendly options!), but the pool looked like it would have been very nice. They had movies in the courtyard which again, would have been very nice. I watched about 5 minutes of The Nightmare Before Christmas, but was too exhausted to stay up to watch any more. They also offered crafts and movie rental which sounded really fun if I would have had time. Pretty sure I need to go back and schedule some resort R&R days to get the full experience!
