The food is mediocre at best and pretty overpriced for what it is. You are paying primarily for the atmosphere and decor. Come expecting fun but not upscale fine dining on par with its price tag. $20 burgers and $35 steak is what we're talking about, but taste is more like what you would get at Chili's for half the price.
This place was great! Just walking thru is amazing, not to mention the food was great! We called to try and get a party of 30 in a few hours already of time, which I'm sure was difficult to do, but the manager Jeff was great and got us all in right when we wanted to be seated! The service was great... and then they topped it all of with singing Happy Birthday to my daughter which was almost great! Good experience will definitely return here! Thanks for making her birthday great! ❤
Atmosphere is super fun for med to older kids (7-14) or younger kids who love dinosaurs. The meteor shower and the ensuing dinosaur panic might leave some nervous or scared. The constant shrieking of the pterodactyls can lead to a headache. Seriously a fun place to eat but the food does not wow as much as the decor.
It's a shame we were treated as such because the food and ambience were wonderful. I'll give it three stars for everything minus two stars for poor first impression.
Fun place, great food and very cool decor. However, to have to wait 43 minutes to be seated after arriving on time for a reservation made 10 months ago, ridiculous. To top it off, walk-ins were getting seated almost immediately (within 5 minutes of signing in after I started keeping track).
My second meal there in two years with my grandson. He still appreciates the novel concept. For an adult at least this adult, I really could live without the insane amount of noise and light flashing that comes with a visit to this restaurant. The food is decent albeit very pricey for a hamburger joint with a lot of distraction. So to recap the kids seem to love it the parents I think not as much. If you have young kids I guess it's worth one visit just to say you've done it
We loved it, very busy but service was friendly and quick. Food also got out quickly and accurate. It's very clean here as well, it can be loud visually interactive. I had the chicken and ribs which were excellent, my wife had tomato soup and shrimp dishes and also enjoyed them a bunch.
