Great waitress. Long wait for a drink and to put in your order. 45 minutes to get your food. Medium steak was very well done. Waitress did get the manager on her own. Which the manager gave us a free desert.
I wanted to take the time to thank the amazing staff at this location. We came here on my son's Make-A-Wish trip after he beat cancer. From the host, to the waitress, to the manager coming to our table to ensure our meal was to our satisfaction we had an absolutely amazing experience. I would definitely without any hesitation recommend this place to anyone visiting Animal Kingdom.
We made a reservation but they made us wait for a while. We left and ate in the park instead. It was cheaper and probably better. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. I didn't pay a fortune to visit a Disney park for the day to wait for a reserved table at a restaurant.
If I could give 0 stars I would it was absolutely disgusting. We waited forever for our food and when we finally got our food it was ice cold. I asked for mine to be warmed and all they did to warm it was by adding some more sauce to it. The sauce was over powering and the rice was crusted over. To top it off my husband woke up with food poisoning from the shrimp and steak combo I will never eat here again. Complete waste of money!
A wonderful experience at this entertaining restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were friendly and helpful. The chef came to our table when he heard that I had an allergy to gluten. He made recommendations and prepared my meal himself to be certain it would be done correctly. There were several options to choose from. I had a burger with fries that were baked and a salad. The portions were HUGE! I later found OUT that the burger was 1 lb!!!! No wonder I couldn't eat everything. It was incredibly delicious... Everything was My meal, my husband 's and my daughter' s. I highly recommend this restaurant.
