Was there over the summer. Food was amazing! Atmosphere was so much fun. Servers were extremely friendly. The wait was ridiculous. We could all see open tables but still had to wait. The wait wasn't bad, but lining up on the stairs and looking through the stores was tough. But other than that me, the hubby and the three kids had a great experience.
Wow, lots of very harsh critics on here. I went with my girlfriend last Thursday and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Soon as we got there we were handed a ticket and told to go upstairs where the hostess seated us immediately. Our server came over right away, we got our food in a respectable time and all in all we thought it was pretty good. The pulled pork sandwich I had was very good and my girlfriend was very pleased with her meal as well.
Was here with my wife .the appetizer was good. We both had burgers off guy's. They were cooked properly and good. I can't see filling up on fries. If you want fries...eat fast food. The group's around us had ribs salads and shakes and seemed please. Nice job overall.
Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. Very cool looking place after the renovations and the movie screen was a nice touch as well.
The lemonade was 4.99 and not refillable glass was small.
Two things I will agree with and the reasons for my 4 star rating, the prices are definitely high. 30.00 for ribs and 18.00 for a sandwich is quite a lot. However, it is Disney so I am not surprised. Definitely not somewhere I would go every week. Also, as others have stated, the movie props and costumes were difficult to view without standing over other customers. We could see a few but in order to see them all we would need to be in the personal space of others.
We found the menu to be extremely over price for the type of food. Hamburger and pulled pork ice tea and lemonade., 46.00 not including tip. The food taste was okay the French Fries were a very small serving but good.
Walked in here thinking just another food chain, with average food and service. Boy where we wrong. From the hostess to the server, kitchen manager and food. Everything was exceptional! Natalie was our server and my wife has celiac. The kitchen manager came out and said he could explain all items on the menu that were gluten free! The food was EXCELLENT and so was the service. Everything far surpassed our expectations!
