This is by far one of the WORST Pandora Stores I've ever been to. I went during the Grand Opening. And whats bad is, that I came back a second time hoping things would have been better because maybe the staff was all new then and learning or something or maybe things may have been crazy that day but no, nothing had changed. Still Rude, sort with you, and very un-knowledgeable on what products they have and what works with what (clips, essence and standard). Every other Pandora store and Artsy Abode i've been to makes sure to spot and complement my wife on her Pandora disney bracelet and her every day pandora bracelet, and also recommend something that might go well with it (i understand this is something minor, but little things like that really stand out when making an impression and making her feel welcomed and valued in your stores even the Vera Bradley store at downtown disney not only noticed and complemented her Pandora disney bracelet, but also her complemented her Vera Bradley disney bag.). I really Hope Disney pushes them to do better with customer care like all the other stores do on Disney grounds. Id personally go to the Pandora Sales booth in the back section of Tren-D, they really do a far better job at taking care of you and making you feel that you're valued.
This was the worst pandora I ever went to ' the seller was just disgusting forcing me to buy something that I didn't want ' I just want the fkn bracelet but the Latin girl is so arrogant '
My mother bought a bracelet for me out when she was in Disney world last week. She wanted to make sure she could return it for cash at our store in Colorado if I did not like the bracelet. She and my sister both said the person who helped them said they could definitely return it for a full cash refund in colorado. We found out that was a lie when I got the bracelet, you can only get store credit. This store obviously was just trying to make a sale and lacks integrity. Do not ever buy from a store that using tactics like this to make a sell it's straight lying and disgusting.
A bad sales which made I would never go to that store agian.
The staff were extremely friendly. I had quick and effective service from three of their staff. They were sold out of one of the items I was looking for and they immediately directed me to where I was able to purchase it.
