Therefore before you consider doing business with these people, just take into account that once you walk out of there, they will disregard everything they ever told you.
Walked in on a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing. And we were treated very well. We were actually approach several times by sales folks. As we locked in on some earrings, I made a simple hand gesture, and wham! Two sales folks jumped to either side of us. Between them, we purchased a nice set of earrings.
So Alejandra writes me back that they are outraged by by signature and ridiculed me putting me at a disadvantage. I said, but that's your document, not mine, and that's how they are. She said her corporate offices would not accept it.
I will come back to shop here, the next time we are in the area.
Then, I pointed out a way-over-the-top bracelet to my wife.
Shortly after, I returned home I wore the ring when I was not going to use my hands like washing dishes and doing housework, etc. because I didn't want to damage it. About two weeks later I noticed a diamond chip was missing and the prong was broken. I knew it was strange because I wasn't wearing the ring that often and I was very delicate with it.
They told me they would do a trade and I would have to pay more for the upgrade. But the upgrade and trade wasn't suitable because the blue diamond was smaller and the ring was triple the price. I realized the values must have gone up. I also noticed they had no problem with it and were eager to do it since they would be making out on the deal. They get my bigger diamond, I get a smaller ring, not as pretty, and I have to pay triple what I paid for for the one I had, that only needed a diamond chip and a fixed prong.
This really was the nail in the coffin for me. I was already feeling like I was bending over backwards with this person who was giving me a hard time any way she could. She was obstructing my every effort and I knew it. I also, realized if I did send the ring, I would never probably see it again considering the treatment I was getting. I also feel that they never intended to accommodate my attempt to get my ring fixed based upon their promises when I purchased the ring.
My daughter and I visited Disney Springs on 8/8/17. I didn't have intentions of buying her anything; however, I bought her a circle diamond necklace for her 14th birthday bc when I saw it, we both fell in love with it. One of the circles was twisted and wouldn't lie flat (which was pointed out to my by my salesman A.J. or I wouldn't have noticed). He said it was the only one they had received and therefore there was no way to allow me to purchase a necklace without the flaw. Instead, AJ said they could have a jeweler repair it and have it ready the next day. I asked if they could deliver---I have to use a scooter and we did not have a car on this Disney trip, and frankly getting back and forth to Disney Springs by using Disney transportation is no fun. With approval from his boss, he delivered the jewelry to the Polynesian Resort at Disney the next day after he got off of work as promised. My husband met him in the lobby. He also put a couple of extra goodies in the bag for my daughter since he knew we were celebrating her 14th birthday. For me, shopping is not about finding the best price all the time, but service received is of utmost importance when I buy jewelry. My daughter and I will never forget that morning at Disney Springs. Thank you, AJ!
The man who gave me the 800 number in the store said otherwise. They would pay for it all.
I bought a ring at Diamonds International when I took a cruise to the Islands. They guaranteed that if something became damaged, they would fix it with no cost and would pay for shipping etc. The ship I was on did extensive promotions and advertising, so I felt pretty safe.
So, I found this customer service person by going online on their website. Her name was Alejandra and she sent me a pdf contract that said they were not responsible for any cost for mailing, or insurance or loss or anything, but I would have to pay for all of it and would not give me a guarantee on that price.
Buyer Beware
Their prices were not outlandish when taking into account where the store is located.
When she demurred, the sales woman showed her a really nice, delicate tri-gold bracelet. It was perfect!
Entered store, there we several sales team member standing around. I own several Swiss automatics and was wearing one that retails for $20k. Its obvious that I can afford anything in that store but was completely ignored. As I walked around the store and was ignored, I tried to pass in a narrow isle a woman on a scooter. She politely offered to adjust over and the sales person refused to look at me and said you dont need to move. Need to work on our people skills or close your doors. Also way over priced.
I tried to notify by calling 800 numbers on the paperwork. There were never anyone to answer and I became very frustrated. I decided when we returned on another cruise, I would just go back where I bought the ring which I did.
So, I said fine and the contract was the kind where you do it on the touch screen and you have to use your finger to do the signature and it comes out looking like chicken scratch. I have used it before when I made a purchase and remarked that it looked like chicken scratch and was told that's how it comes out. I was told it's like signing an x, so to speak. So I already knew about the oddity of it.
So I left, and called an 800 number that the guy in the store gave me, that no one else did. So I thought I was on the right track. No one ever answered. I didn't have an extension so it didn't work.
Great store! Jayesh was the best. I went in looking for a Tag and he gave me a great deal on a Citizen Echo Drive. Sized it, set the time and off I went. I don't understand why all the reviews on here keep saying they are overpriced. The watch I bought was $50.00 under msrp and it is Disney! Expect it to cost more. If you can't afford it then you are in the wrong place to begin with
