Front desk staff was not the friendliest nor was the concierge very knowledgeable, but as we did not need much, it did not really affect our stay. Overall a good place to stay at a reasonable price.
B Resort and Spa has been an amazing day staff were super friendly help my girlfriend with her shampoo problem because they gave us some that had Rosemary mint and my girlfriend is allergic so they went ahead and helped us out with that then it's my first time ever been to Orlando before so they told me a bunch of places to go things to do.. and to add on to the location it is perfect I walked over to Disney Springs get all of my stuff there and could walk easily back even after being out all day walking it was perfect my room has been amazing they could not have been a better stay unless I was getting a room that was a lot more money and now that I have experienced this day and makes me want to stay again just with a better room.. tell me one word for everything amazing
Room itself was fairly nice. Some paint splatters in a few odd spots. Comfortable beds, great a/c. Nice bathroom, but the water pressure is pretty weak. We stayed two days and didn't experience anything negative. Nice amenities around the resort. My daughter loved the giant chess set and kids zone. The restaurant in the resort was nice for breakfast as well. We would definitely consider returning.
Pool & gym 10/10 - gym is small but has everything you need for a holiday, pool is clean and large.
We were quite comfortable in our stay at the hotel. Very close to Disney Springs so we didn't mind walking over every day. Shuttle service all day is a nice perk as well.
Noise 10/10 - the hotel is quiet didn't hear another guest.

Customer service 10/10 - friendly, reliable and not interfering. The check in was quick and every staff member smiles and says hello! Simple but effective.
Sleep 10/10 - bed is ridiculously comfortable and a challenge to get out of.
The catering service in the ballroom was exquisite. The grilled chicken dish was extremely tender and savory, makes my mouth water. The cheesecake dessert was a bit too sweet but rich. The aesthetic of the lobby is very modern and appealing. The location is enclosed surrounded by other hotels and next to the interstate ramp.
Room 9.5/10 - shower needs re-grouting in places to be completely aesthetically pleasing however everything works and every thing else is perfect (which is why the shower sticks out)
The B Resort & Spa has mastered customer service, Keith (the general manager) and his team create a luxurious experience. In my opinion this is hard to come by in Florida and ensures my repeat custom. Everything has been thought of from parking to free headphones in the gym in case you forget them! This is the second time my wife and I have stayed and there will be many more. I can't reccomend it enough.
Cleanliness 10/10 - all areas of the hotel were immaculate.
