Jen is super helpful and patient with finding the right shoe. She's very matter of fact and knows what she's talking about. I must have tried on every single shoe before deciding and she did not get frustrated with me at all. Go see Jen!
Everyone is extremely helpful and really want to assist you with getting the right product for what you are trying to accomplish. Always busy at night so I try to go in the morning. They also have free group runs on Tuesday in Celebration and Thursday at Lake Eola! The club membership is totally worth it. In case you buy a shoe you aren't familiar with, you have 30 days to try them out. If you don't like them you can exchange them in that 30 day period. Plus the discount saved me a lot of money on my Garmin watch. As well as online shopping. They are my go to store!
We stepped in just for have a look. We bought 2 pair of sunglasses. Staff quite disappointed when we asked to have a new one, not the one on display. A pair was not available so we have got the display one, the legs were loose and lents dirty, shop assistant clean some of the others on display not the one we bought!!! We dealt with 2 shop assistants and both did not show to be sorry we couldn't have what we like or thankful for the purchase. They both were very annoyed.
