We just visited the dine-in side. I'm guessing in 2003 or so, this was the place to watch a movie. But having been to other similar concepts, we found this place to be very dated and run down. Ergonomic swing-out tables? No. A chipped up laminated board up against the row on front of you to eat on. Comfy, adjustable chairs? Not so much. At least they recline a little - until they hit the "table" behind you. Seat surfaces looked like something out of a dollar theater. On the plus side, the food was halfway decent and the service didn't really suck.

What a great idea. A must do while on vacation. Disney springs seems to be made up of mostly restaurants and shops. The AMC dine in movie theater provides an experience and a well-deserved moment to put your feet up and relax. Being the kids and let Mom go shop in peace (maybe a good time to get some Santa shopping done).

Where to start? We love Disney AMC! But we are very disappointed on the new updated menu, besides prices increasing the fact they have removed certain dressing for salads? Also there isn't enough to pick from if you are dieting. We would attend every Thursday or Friday and spend about $100-$150.00 a week on 1 visit. Now it's been over a month and we don't plan to go back. BRING BACK THE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING, REGULAR NACHOS AND BETTER PRETZEL BITES!

Terrible service. We ordered our food around 6:30 pm didn't get it till around 7:40 pm. When we finally got our food it was cold. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to bring me a hot one. Very disappointed with this place. Not up to the Disney standard for sure. They also need to do some updating. The tables are gross. Looked like something a college kid would use for his bar in his apartment. Sorry Disney but this was my first and last time at your theater.

The lighting at your table stays on throughout the entire movie. At first, I thought this may be distracting since it is pretty bright, but your eyes get used to it soon after the trailers are over. Even with the lighting it is difficult to see your food once the movie starts so either don’t get anything too fancy or eat up before the movie starts.

The food was just OK but be honest you're not here for the food. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad but with SO many excellent options located in every corner of Disney springs it almost feels like a shame to eat here. I would suggest coming here after dinner and getting an appetizer or dessert halfway through the movie.

My boyfriend and I decided to drive to Disney springs to see Coco, seeing as it's a Disney movie. We got there a little later than planned, but still made it to the movie theater about 4pm. We figured we had time considering they would play commercials as well. To skip the line, we ordered our tickets at the kiosk. Mine went through fine, however his directed him to the box office where he had to wait in line, only to have confused employees with no idea what to do. Finally, they told us to go ahead and go in anyways. We decided we wanted some food considering it was dine in. We were aware we were not in one of the dine in auditoriums so we went to the bar to order our food. We had to wait 6 minutes for any staff to even appear, and once they had, we placed our order. We asked for water, which was given to us in a glass cup. We waited the time for our food to cook, once it was delivered - we asked if we took the cups with us, seeing as we had never visited the Disney AMC before. In response, we were handed plastic cups and told there was a water fountain down the hall. I have never been told to fill myself up at a water fountain when it takes 2 seconds to make an ice water right there. Deciding not to argue as we were running late, we went on and just trashed our cups. Who needs a drink with their meal?. Once sitting down, the movie was already started. I opened my box to discover that I hadn't even got my fries. If I'm spending 40 bucks on food, I at least expect it all to be there. I had to walk all the way back, wait for the food, and then return to see I missed MORE of the movie. All in all, I'm extremely disappointed by our experience at the Disney Springs AMC. We spent a good deal of money and had the worst theater experience I've ever had. I honestly expected it to go above and beyond the rest. Will NEVER visit this location again.

This was a great experience. There is plenty of leg room, the seats recline pretty far and the armrests are extra wide so even if you don’t plan on eating here it is a great way to watch a movie.
