The store is amazing. I wish they had a better selections of actual Jordan's that I could buy. But all in all the collection case is really nice.
Nice place but some things do need to change. I would leave release day at the store to bring in more customers to the store and build revenue. This will help sell more Trophy Room Swag. Exclusiveness is key but to do releases at the club does not give a fair advantage to others of a younger age and those can't handle dealing with the night life. You have people who visit the store from all over the world and would expect to be able to say "I went to the Trophy Room and got a pair Jordan's on release day". Give your customers that extra sense of value.
My friends and I had high hopes for the Trophy Room. We first saw it just after it had closed one night, but could tell there were plenty of cool shoes and other products in the store from outside the window. We were able to return to the store a few days later and shop around. Unfortunately, our experience was quite poor. Immediately upon entering, the music was very loud and many of the employees were hanging out and dancing to the song. I didn't necessarily mind this, but when we clearly showed interest in trying on and buying a couple pairs of shoes, no one stopped to help us for at least 5-10 minutes. Finally, someone came over and asked if we needed help. We asked for a couple different shoes in our size and the store didn't have either shoe in our size nor any half size bigger or smaller. After this occurred, the employee helping us disappeared and did not attempt to sell us any other shoes or help us find an alternative. We were all very interested in purchasing a pair of shoes from the store that night but the customer service and lack of sizes led us quickly out the door without making any purchases. Hopefully this isn't the norm here, because it is a cool store with a lot of great shoes.
HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE I BOUGHT A PAIR OF JORDANS AND THE PIECE WHERE THE SHOE LACE GOES IN CAME OFF THE NEXT DAY AND I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO GET AN EXCHANGE BECAUSE CLEARLY IT IS A FACTORY DEFECT AND THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT AT ALL OR WOULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL THEY ARE A RIP OFF THEY SOLD ME BROKEN JORDANS AND WE PAID $140 PLUS TAX FOR THIS AND THEY DID NOT CARE TO HELP ME AND GIVE ME ANOTHER PAIR WHEN SHOES HAD ONLY BEEN BOUGHT 2 DAYS WOULD NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN STAY AWAY BEWARE HORRIBLE PLACE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE YOUR BETTER OFF AT A KNOWN RETAILER LIKE FOOT LOCKER OR ANY OF THESE BUT NOT TROPHY ROOM THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.
Love the trophy room! Im kinda biased, I work at Disney and I'm a die hard Jordan fan. Love the place and all the employees are super helpful and very nice. I recommend this store to any sneaker head, I was very surprised that they had over 70% percent of my shoe size in stock. I wear a 13, very hard to find Jay's in my size. When I asked the manager If he had my size, he kinda laughed like, come on guy.. do you understand what's going on here. They also have exclusive trophy Jordan wear that you can only purchase at the store.
