They are incredibly friendly! I give them 3 based on their vegan red velvet cupcake. I didn't think it was spectacular. I prefer Erin McKenna's vegan treats more which is only a 2minute walk from there.
The cupcakes looked great. The homemade cookies and ice cream sandwich was awesome. I had chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter ice cream. I would definitely go again!
The location is nice, the service was decent. The cupcakes were... Just okay. Nothing I'd crave let alone go out of my way for. The icing was the best part like at most places. The underlying cake itself was quite bland and unimpressive. They also put a super hard piece of candy on top of the icing which didn't do much for the cake... In fact, it was just distracting, plus it tasted like a piece of colored plastic.
I love Sprinkles cupcakes! I am surprised at the low ratings and complaints of texture and quality because I have always found the cupcakes to be very moist and soft. I love the variety in flavors; I love cream cheese icing more than anything, so I am always glad that they use it on more than just the red velvet. They are a bit pricey but it's Disney Springs and that's just how it works when on property. The service is usually hit or miss; sometimes they are very nice and other times just monotone and assembly like. This doesn't stop me though because I keep coming back! It's about the food at the end of the day right?

Really great pumpkin cupcakes and ice cream. You have to get here early when everything is fresh. Really nice view from the patio. They run specials on Instagram so make sure you follow them. I also like the options for vegan and gluten free even though I don't require it. Can get busy, they also have the cupcake ATM here. Use it!
